Review: *NEW* Agua Fresca Juice from Santa Cruz Organic

By Jennifer Schorr, Publisher of Macaroni Kid Reading, PA May 23, 2016
I try to limit the amount of soda my family drinks, but even I get bored with plain water, so I try to find healthy alternatives. When I was introduced to Santa Cruz Organic's new Agua Fresca Juices, I was intrigued. Their Agua Fresca Juices are a refreshing, lightly sweetened beverage inspired by Mexican traditions and blended with organic fruit juice and a splash of lemon juice.

Santa Cruz offers three flavors: Pomegranate, Grapefruit and Mango Passionfruit. The Mango Passionfruit is my favorite, with Pomegranate coming in a close second. I'm sure the Grapefruit is just as good, but since I am not a fan of grapefruit, that one did not appeal to me. But, that's what's great about these three flavors - there is something for everyone's taste.

After tasting these juices, I felt like I could close my eyes and pretend I was laying out on a hot summer day, lounging by the pool, sipping these refreshing juice blends. They are really going to be one of my top go-to items for the summer! Knowing they are USDA Certified Organic and non-GMO Project Verified, makes me even more confident about giving this to my kids.

Santa Cruz products can be found locally at Giant, Target, Kmart and Rite Aid.

In addition to the great flavor and refreshing taste, I like the company behind these beverages. Santa Cruz Organic is dedicated to making environmentally-friendly choices by minimizing waste, having on-site solar energy generation which offsets 100% of the energy used to produce their products, and more.
