A Note From Your Publishers...

It's that time again - time for your weekly newsletter from us!  I can't seem to get a grasp on the fact that this weekend is Easter already!  We have some great recipes and an easy Easter bonnet craft to get you in the Easter spirit.  If you do the Easter Bonnet craft, we'd love to see your creations!  Email them to us at jenandkim@macaronikid.com and we will post the pictures on our Facebook page or in our newsletter.  We have a returning feature article this week, too, "This Week in Pictures".  If you and your family do something fun, make a recipe or craft from our newsletter, or participate in a special school program, we would love to share your pictures with the community!  Just email them to us, and we'll happily include them either in our newsletter or on our Facebook page.  We love sharing what our subscribers have been up to!

Kim has been really busy collecting information for our Kids Eat Free article.  You can find it in our newsletter this week, and it will be a reoccurring article from now on.  We do ask that if you know of any other restaurants that offer either a Kids Eat Free night or a special Family Night that we do not have in our article, please let us know, so that we can check into it and get it listed, too.

We are putting together a Mother's Day Giveaway, Father's Day Giveaway, and a Teacher Appreciation Giveaway for the months of May and June.  If are a business owner and have something you would like to contribute to either basket, you will receive an article about your business in our newsletter.  For a donation worth $50 or more, you will also receive a Biz Directory Listing.  Your donation can be items such as art supplies, pampering items, gift cards for local restaurants, gas cards, bottles of wine, gift certificates for bowling, movie theaters, a local car wash, etc.  The items do not have to be directly from your business, for example, if you are an insurance agent, feel free to donate a Target gift card on behalf of your business to be included.  No item is too big or too small.  We thank you for your help with our giveaways!
