Bacon Ranch Meatloaf Muffins

Bacon Ranch Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 C. Italian bread crumbs
1 C. cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 C. ranch dressing

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350*.
2.  Grease bottom & sides of cupcake pan.
3.  Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
4.  Fill cupcake cups about 3/4 full of meatloaf mixture, pack tightly.
5.  Cook for 30 minutes.

This was a hit in my house.  My daughter, Rachael, and I created this recipe together, and we were very pleased with the result.  Enjoy!
