If you are looking for a fun and easy way to dress up your flip flops look no further! Here is an easy craft that kids of most ages can do using stuff you already have in your home!
What you will need is:
1 pair of flip flops
Old t-shirts or material
Scissors or pinking shears
Directions:
1. Cut off the back of your t-shirt. (You want a solid piece of material with no pictures on it!)
2. Cut the material into strips about 3/4 of an inch wide and 2 to 3 inches wide using pinking shears. (Use longer strips for bigger flip flops and shorter for smaller ones.) (We used pinking shears for this so that the material didn't fray and it looked nicer!)
3. Tie the strips in a knot around the straps on the flip flops making sure to slide them tight together. Alternate colors for a cool pattern!
4. When the straps are all filled they are ready to wear! Enjoy!
