We invite you to join in on an exciting journey of wellness education, nutritional awareness, and health consciousness in our first public educational health expo which will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at First Energy Stadium, Reading, PA. The Expo is designed educate the health curious, elevate the understanding of the health conscious, and raise community awareness of the importance of preventative healthcare through the free exchange of information and resources.
The event will feature over 40 vendors, including healthy food demonstrations, an organic farmer's market, gardening demonstrations, expert lectures, yoga, massage, exercise presentations by local business, healthy food for sale, live music, a kids' obstacle course, and an interactive exhibit of a human colon! Bring the whole family, and come out and support this important, free-for-the-community, nonprofit wellness event to collectively improve the health of our community!
