Supplies:
- Coffee Filters
- Markers (washable are a plus)
- Spray bottles with water
- Paper towels
- Pipe Cleaners
Directions:
- Have children color the filter. The more colors they use, the more colorful their butterfly will be.
- Place a paper towel or two under the filter.
- Spray filter with water until the entire filter is wet (but not soaked).
- Gather filter in the center and wrap the pipe cleaner around the middle. Twist at the top, leaving about 3 inches of pipe cleaner at the top. Wrap the pipe cleaner around a finger to make curly antennae.
