Review: Santa's Paradise Express at Strasburg Railroad

Thank you to the Strasburg Railroad for a great afternoon spent with my family. Before we boarded "Santa's Paradise Express" we were able to enjoy all the amenities the station has to offer. My son loved going around the track on the "Cranky Cars" and I enjoyed sipping my hot chocolate watching him in pure joy. We visited the gift shop for a souvenir, but not for long before we heard the whistle of the train which brought an instant smile to my son's face.
As we boarded the train, we were greeted by the friendly staff and found a seat on the restored Victorian style car. On our 45 minute trip we were able to enjoy the country side at dusk and were entertained with Christmas tunes by musicians and carolers. Santa Claus greeted each individual family during the ride and had a gift for the children. I would highly recommend the Santa's Paradise Express, it's a great way to get into the Holiday spirit.
