Playground Review: LenOak Park

3519 Regency Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608

First things first. If you drive to the street address via GPS, you'll find yourself at a house. There is no path back to the playground - you would have to walk through someone's yard. Don't do that. Just a little ways before/past the street address you will see a sign saying "No Outlet" and a yellow playground (see saw) sign. Turn there into a small lot for playground parking. There is a short part, which leads down to a very nice, very standard play area, along with a pavilion and sports courts. The equipment is nicely maintained (apart from one broken swing) and has everything you would expect - plenty of slides and bridges and climbing apparatus. There are areas designated for ages 2-5 and 5-12, and the ground is lined with mulch. Unfortunately the only shade is at the nearby pavilion, but that is pretty standard as playgrounds go. My three year old gave it two thumbs up for its excellent climbing equipment and numerous bridges.
