If you're anything like me the holidays are tricky. When you don't have family close by or many to celebrate with it can be hard to want to cook an elaborate meal for just yourself and your spouse while your kids only eat the butter off the roll... so, we have taken a much easier approach! TAKE OUT! Yes, it is nontraditional, but it's our new tradition. We try new places each year, and this year we will risk taking our kids out to eat for Thanksgiving (wish us luck). This makes the holiday seem more traditional while saving me time, energy, and much less stress!
